With a recipe passed down through the generations, Mamas Jerk will be one of the hundreds of food stalls providing those at Carnival with Carribean food over the weekend. The founder, Adrian Luckie has given us a glimpse of how he prepares his chicken he also shared his thoughts on the recent row, over Jamie Oliver's use of the work Jerk, to launch a new rice dish.
