Notting Hill Carnival's huge clean-up operation

Over 200 tonnes of rubbish was generated from over a million people attending Notting Hill Carnival this weekend.

Westminster City Council and waste management company Veolia deployed 170 members of staff to undertake one of the biggest clean up operations of the year, with many members of the team working throughout the night.
