East London enforces 'ultra-low emission' zones

Nine streets across Islington and Hackney have banned all but the cleanest vehicles, in a new experiment aimed at tackling the capital's air pollution crisis.

The ultra low-emission scheme will be enforced at peak times during the day, but it has led to some concerns about the impact on business.
