New book about whether self help books can actually 'Help'

With the sales of self-help genre books rising in the last few years - it's no surprise that when Journalist Marianne Power felt stuck in a rut she thought they might help her.

Setting herself the challenge of reading one of these books every month for a year - following their advice to the letter.

And then it was time to write her own book, named Help Me! Marianne joined us on the sofa.
