Brian Mcfadden's departure from pop and debut into soul

Brian Mcfadden shot to fame in 1998 as one fifth of boyband Westlife.

Since then he's been a TV presenter and solo artist, and it's for this that he's been nominated for the best male singer category in the Boisedale Music Awards, which take place tomorrow night.

He's now making a departure from pop and a debut into soul music, with his latest solo album which will be out in Novemeber.
