'Head Above Water' sculpture to tackle the mental health stigma

Coinciding with the design festival - A 9 metre interactive sculpture of a head has been installed at Gabriel's Pier in Blackfriars.

'Head above water' aims to challenge the stigma and taboo around mental health by making a dramatic change to the London skyline.
