Battersea power station to become open air cinema

Battersea power station will be turned into a cinema this summer. The landmark London building which features in films such as The Beatles' Help! and Children of Men is to house Everyman Cinema's Power of Love open air cinema within its grounds from July to the end of August. The 250-seat cinema which will include bespoke 'pods' for couples and small groups will also show the FIFA World Cup Final on July the 13th.
