Breaking News: Three Children Found Dead
23rd April 2014

A 43-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the death of three young children in New Malden.

Police were called to a home in Thetford Road shortly after 9pm last night following a 999 call.

The bodies of the children were found at the scene.

A police statement said: “A woman has been arrested and is being held at a police station in south London. Enquiries are continuing.”

Police have released no further details, but neighbours have told London Live’s James Banks that a young family moved into the property within the last six or nine months.

Neighbours have also said four children lived at the property, three had life limiting disabilities.

A police cordon remains around the scene as the investigation continues.
