Cameron issues “family test” for all government policies

As of October, all government policies will have to pass a 'family test'. In a speech today, David Cameron has said that parents and children are too often overlooked and can be left worse off by government reforms. The Prime Minister said: "I want every government department to be held to account for the impact of their policies on the family." Megan Jarvie from the Child Poverty Action Group discusses.
