Fatal stabbing in Lee

Detectives are investigating a fatal stabbing in Lee.

Police and ambulance services were called to Eltham Road to find a 26-year-old white man suffering from stab wounds to the chest, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Insp Shaun Carre-Brown said: "Early indications suggest that the victim was involved in an argument with two males before being stabbed.”

Eltham Road remains closed.
