Historic Bayswater pub sells for £27m

A pub in central London has sold for a whopping 27 million pounds. The Black Lion in Bayswater was bought by a developer who's expected to turn the building into luxury flats in a £500 million revamp. The pub will continue to run before the redevelopment begins.
