As British combat missions in Afghanistan are coming to an end, we've been speaking exclusively to young men on the frontline to hear just how hard it is to mentally prepare for going to war. Evening Standard journalist Mark Blunden, who was embedded with the MOD at Camp Bastion, joins us in the studio.
