London uni lecturer has “no fear” despite savage beating
18th August 2014

A London university lecturer returned to his £2m home from hospital after suffering a savage beating during a raid on his family home.

Paul Kohler, tried to defend his wife and four children after four masked raiders forced entry into his home at 10pm on Monday night.

Mr Kohler was also quick to praise the bravery of the police officers who intervened, as one of the raiders threatened to smash his head with a heavy wooden cabinet.

Two men have been charged, whilst Scotland Yard are still hunting the other two suspects who fled the scene.
