Ever wondered what happens to all the dodgy looking fruit and veg that’s not quite good enough for the shops?

A lot of it is thrown away even if it is still edible. Fed up with food waste, one Londoner decided to take matters into her own hands.

Jenny Dawson started Rubies In The Rubble, a brand of chutneys made from unwanted or surplus produce.
