Man stabbed to death on south London basketball court

A murder investigation has been launched after a 25-year-old was stabbed to death on a basketball court in south London.

Police and paramedics were called to St John’s Drive in Wandsworth shorty before 9pm last night following reports of a stabbing.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made but the next of kin have been informed.

A post mortem is due to be held within the next few days.
