Studios sold for £7.5m set to become luxury flats

The studio where the biggest-selling single in chart history was recorded has been sold for £7.5m. 

Townhouse studios in Shepherd's Bush was used by Sir Elton John in 1997 to record a version of Candle in the Wind. 

The studios where Blur, Coldplay and Kylie Minogue have recorded too will be converted into luxury flats.
