London Assembly calls on the government to fund Hammersmith Bridge works
For over five years, residents on both sides of Hammersmith Bridge have suffered through congestion and diverted bus routes as a result of the bridge’s closure.
So the London Assembly have now called on the government to commit to the full release of funds for the bridge’s strengthening works.
Caroline Pidgeon was the Assembly member who proposed the motion, and explained the current situation to Paul.
