Two women a week report being assaulted in the back of a minicab that they didn't book. Presenter Louise Hulland is on a mission to find out what is being done to clamp down on unlicensed minicabs in the capital. She speaks to a victim brave enough to speak out, meets cab operators and taxi drivers to see how this is affecting their trade, as well as putting TFL on the spot to find out what they're doing about these drivers. Louise also goes undercover on an operation with the Met Police to see how they're catching the touts.
