A woman living in Barking has been fined £500 for forging a tenancy agreement to get her 11 year old daughter into a secondary school in Havering where she perceived standards to be higher. 

We spoke to editor of the Good Schools Guide, Beth Noakes and London Assembly Member Jeanette Arnold about the shortage of school places and the parents are being pushed to.
