Depression: the hardest part is talking about it

According to the Mental Health Foundation, one in four people in the UK will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year. 

Clearly, these problems are a prevalent part of our society. Yet, as many will be frustratingly familiar with, stigma remains around mental health. Our panel discuss this problem, the methods they recommend for coping with depression and the difficulty in speaking out about mental health.
