Half of LGBT workers fear coming out at work

When it comes to how the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and transgender community there are concerns working culture is against the community.
34 Per cent of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the UK choose not to come out at work. They hide their sexuality from their fellow workers for fear of homophobia and loosing promotional opportunities
Almost half of LGBT workers saying they're uncomfortable coming out at work - and 9 in 10 transgender employees experiencing harassment in workplace.
Isabella Segal, is transgender and part of the business community and tells her story.
