The difference of a night: Anonymous protests

James Banks explains the few ugly scenes between protestors and police last night, and describes the journey of the protestors. Fireworks were occasionally fired at police. 

Parliament Square was practically unmarked. Police had made special efforts to protect it. 

However, the mood last night was one of protest rather than violence, and this morning provided scant evidence of the march the night before.
