On the hunt for mince pies: Alison Earle at the Foodies Festival
28th November 2014

The Foodies Festival is taking at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane this weekend. It promises festive fare as we skip towards Christmas. Food fanatics can stuff their faces with... well, stuffing, mince pies, mulled cider and more. Amongst all the live cooking demonstrations and drinks masterclasses, there's even a lifesized gingerbread tower.

Alison spoke with Sue Hitchin, who is the director of Foodies Festival.

Alison chatted with baker Daisy Brydon, the culinary genius behind the giant tower of gingerbread.
