Ken Hom is a name synonymous with oriental cooking.
Since his television debut in 1982, the chef has starred in hit shows and written a string of the best-selling cookery books.
Since then, he's gone on to pick up an honorary OBE for services to culinary arts and has been heavily involved in charity, acting as an ambassador for Action Aid Against Hunger.
After surviving prostate cancer, he also stepped up as an ambassador for Prostate Cancer UK.
Now he’s back in the capital to give a set of talks and workshops on oriental cooking.
