Have a very funky Christmas with The In Thing

London based musicians TheInThing are releasing a Christmas album of conventional Christmas carols given an unconventional funky twist.

All the proceeds from the album go to help children with Ebola and also to charity Action on Hearing Loss.

Founding members Emily Holligan and Teresa Morini, who is hard of hearing herself, told us more about the album.

Teresa explains how her father, who was a sound engineer, helped her enjoy music despite her hearing difficulties and how she learnt to pick out the right frequences to make music.

The two also discuss their uptempo rewrapping of traditional carols.
