Cosmetic shop robbery

A couple of robbers stole £1,200 from a cosmetics shop in Upminster after distracting the cashier.

The victim had cashed up for the day and was at the back of the shop in Howard Road when she heard the alarm sound.

When returning to the shop she saw the two suspects in the doorway.

They asked if she was a dentist before leaving. The victim then discovered the cash had been stolen.

The robbery took place on December 4.

Thieves steal bag full of cosmetics from Boots

Thieves entered an airport branch of Boots and emptied a shelf full of cosmetics into a bag before making off.

The suspects used a luggage trolley during the theft at Boots in Terminal 2 of Heathrow.

The shoplifters struck on December 7.



Attempted burglary in Richmond

A suspected burglar broke into a flat while the householder was away for 10 minutes.

The victim noticed a muddy footprint when he returned to his home in Ham Street.

He then noticed a suspect in the garden, who claimed he was looking for a stolen bike.

The incident took place on December 12.



Thief hits security guard

A thief stole a bottle of aftershave from a shop before pushing a security guard in the chest.

The suspect made off following the assault at T K Maxx in King Street on November 15.

Passenger robs mini cab driver

A mini cab driver has been left shaken after being robbed by a passenger.

The suspect racially abused the driver before stealing his mobile phone at Lingfield Crescent in Bexley.

The robbery took place on November 9.
