Broadband problems have negative impact on UK economy

Denise Beedell from the Federation of Small Businesses joined Wake Up London to discuss the impact a bad broadband connection can have on small businesses.

According to a recent FSB report, 32 per cent of small businesses experience problems with their broadband connection on a weekly basis. The problems cause more than simple frustration, though, as its thought the adverse affects on a business is potentially reducing the revenue filtering into the UK economy.

Ms Beedell discusses what impact unstable internet connections have, and what can be done to resolve these issues.

She also explains why 2017 will be an important year for broadband and the small business, and what this means for the future.
