Kate Winslet says divorce can be a good thing

Kate Winslet has said that divorce may not be a bad thing for children.
The actress is a mother herself, with three children.
Winslet has a 14-year-old daughter from her first marriage, an 11-year-old son from her second marriage, and another son from her current marriage with the nephew of Richard Branson, Ned RocknRoll.
Winslet says the negative repercussions of a break up will teach a child to ‘struggle’.
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, the actress said:
“I think it’s very important to teach your children to struggle on some level.”
“It doesn’t matter how ***** times have been, they all matter, because those things shape who you are.”
