London tobacconist closing after 38 years

After 38 years on Victoria high street, Jayems, an independent tobacco shop, is closing down.
Citing high rent and stricter restrictions on tobacco sales, the owners Ijit and Nimu Shah have decided they can no longer compete with larger high street brands.
We went down to one of Victoria Street's longest surviving independent shops to find out more.
