Should more focus be put on improving renting in London?

As the main political parties announce plans to boost home ownership to tackle the housing crisis - many are calling on leaders to put more focus on improving renting a home.

Andrew MacMillan, who lives in Kings Cross, wants to see changes that would protect tenants from rip off agency fees and rogue landlords.
