Last ditch effort to save Waltham Forest disability centre

A group of disabled people are fighting to save their support centre in east London after the council withdrew all of its funding, leaving its future in jeopardy.

Waltham Forest Disability Centre has been running for more than 26 years - helping the disabled and elderly community learn, engage and build self-confidence.

Centre manager Peri Stanley and chairperson Heather Gower explain more.
