New project aims to improve mental health in the workplace

Some of London's top employers are part of a project aimed at improving mental health in the workplace.

Eleven executives from a range of different sectors took part in the 'Getting Ahead' initiative, which is supported by the charity Mind.

They're now urging other firms to do the same and will highlight the issue at a conference today at City Hall.
