Campaign launched to allow gay men to give blood

As it stands sexually active gay men are not allowed to donate blood.

With recent donations falling by 40 per cent a nationwide campaign has launched calling for a review into the guidelines.

'FreedomToDonate' was set up by Ethan Spibey after a member of his family was saved by a donation but he himself is not allowed to give blood.
