Network Rail fined £2m

The rail regulator has fined Network Rail £2million for train delays and cancellations last year. 

The Office for Rail and Road said the firms performance on several routes include Southern and Thameslink services had been 'below expectations'. 

The report also highlighted the problems faced by passengers who used London Bridge station.
