London's first police research centre

Plans to open the capital's first research centre specialising in policing and crime have been announced. The new institute at University College London (UCL) will offer unprecedented access to data from the Metropolitan Police - exploring topics such as police tactics, organised crime and counter-terrorism. Professor Richard Wortley, Head of UCL's Department of Security & Crime Science joined London Live News.
