Graffiti: art or vandalism?

A seminar has been held in the capital exploring the issues around graffiti and street art - and the legal aspects involved in publishing pictures of the work in magazines and online. The conference came after a landmark court case earlier this year in which the journalist Marcus Barnes was found not guilty of encouraging others to commit criminal damage by graffiti. Marcus joined Anthony Baxter ahead of the seminar to explain how he feels the law looks upon graffiti art.
