'Tap-in' to donate to your local park proposed he the next mayor

You've probably heard of TfL, but a new campaign is proposing the launch of PfL - Parks for London. 

The Campaign To Protect Rural England is pitching this idea to the next Mayor of London, with the aim of taking reasponsibility for the green spaces in the capital.

One way they have proposed to raise money for maintenence of parks is by getting park-goers to donate funds by 'tapping in' using a system like the  Oyster Card.
