Celebrating 50 years of the Notting Hill Carnival

The Notting Hill Carnival, Europe's biggest and most colourful street party, is now 50 years old.

To mark the milestone organisers are reuniting some of those who helped to get the event started in the 1960s.

Sterling Betancourt and Dexter Khan are among a small number of surviving 'pioneers' of London's annual carnival.

They'll attend a special dinner as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations.
