British Airways cabin crew vote on industrial action

Cabin crew from British Airways have begun voting on whether to take industrial action. 

It's over the introduction of a new performance scheme which has led to claims by the Unite Union that targets will become impossible to achieve, giving management the chance to get rid of staff. 

Matt Smith is from the Union and spoke to Alison Earle.
