Snowdon Aviary at London Zoo in need of urgent repair

London Zoo says it still needs to raise around two million pounds in order to carry out an upgrade of its most famous landmark.

The attraction says its Snowdon Aviary - which was built in 1962 - is in need of major repair work.

James Wren, who is the Development Director at London Zoo, told London Live of their plans to introduce a type of monkey to the enclosure once work is complete.
