Putting Nigerian cuisine on London's foodie map

A brother and sister duo on a mission to put Nigerian cuisine on London's foodie map, have won a national competition for young entrepreneurs. Ifeyinwa and Emeka Frederick have been awarded £2000 by Virgin Media Pioneers to launch pop-up Chuku's Nigerian tapas restaurant in Shoreditch, giving guests a taste of their west African food and culture.
