Bright Young Tings: A look back at Black theatre in 70s & 80s.

A new exhibition showcasing more than 60 photographs of Black theatre productions in the 70s and 80s has opened at the National Theatre.

Bright Young Tings captures the rising of the Black Theatre Co-operative - a group of young black actors and writers who explored through theatre what it meant to be Black and British at that time.

Bright Young Tings is on until 15th April and will have events coinciding with the exhibition. You can see more details on the National Theatre website.
