New strategy to tackle rough sleeping

Most rough sleepers in Westminster will spend no more than 48 hours on streets in the area - that is the promise from the city council. The local authority today unveiled a new assessment centre and homeless strategy, claiming the site in Victoria will allow them to make sure three quarters of people they help every night, dont spend a second evening sleeping rough.  

And you can visit to alert rapid response outreach workers to the location of rough sleepers.
