Sadiq Khan unveils plans to tackle pollution at London's schools

The quality of air around fifty primary schools in the worst polluted areas of London is to be tested as part of the Mayor's plan to tackle the crisis.

Sadiq Khan announced more details about his air quality audits while visiting a school in the City.

The reports will be published next year and could recommend moving entrances and bus stops, as well as banning some vehicles from using nearby roads.

The government's plan to almost halve emissions by 2032 is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
