Earl's Court redevelopment

The scheme to redevelop parts of Earl's Court is facing an uncertain future. The £12 billion regeneration plan has been described as one of London's biggest, but a shift in political priorities within Kensington and Chelsea council could mean it's "undeliverable".

In a statement Capco has said:

“Capco has completed all the land enablement works and has a site with full planning consent that is ready for development. We continue to work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to bring forward the scheme in order to generate benefits for the local and wider London community.”
