With rising business rates and an evolving community Chinatown is facing a generation of new challenges. It's said only high profitable businesses are able to keep up with the fast pace, which means the area could be at risk of losing it's unique identity. Freya Aitken-Turff from the China Exchange has been researching London's ever changing Chinatown.
