Londoners not grieving properly

Almost all Londoners who've experienced the loss of a loved one, have felt pressured to return to work before they're ready.

That's according to new research examining how the UK deals with grief. The Co-Op funeralcare study suggests we rush back to the office through fear of being judged by bosses and colleagues.

The Psychotherapist and author of 'Grief Works' Julia Samuel speaks to London Live News.
