100 banners for 100 years

100 banners were raised in west London in celebration of 100 years since the first women won the right to vote.

The struggle and sacrifice of the suffragettes was recognised at the Royal Albert Hall, by women from a range of communities and backgrounds.

Some of those banners can be seen at the Women and the Hall exhibition, in South Kensington now until the 26th of April.
