Heterosexual couple fight for civil partnership

Rebecca Steinfeld and Charles Keidan argue that the current rules - that only same-sex couples can become civil partners, goes against equality law. Having previously lost their case at the Court of Appeal, they're now seeking the judgement of the Supreme Court. They are supprted by MP Tim Loughton who is piloting a private members bill through Parliament to support this change in legislation.

A decision will be made later this year.
