Londoners could lose thousands in pension scams

Londoners are being warned about pension scams, as a new campaign suggests those who fell foul of the fraudsters last year lost an average of £91,000.

A survey by the Financial Conduct Authority and The Pensions Regulator also highlights that a third of older adults are not sure how to check whether they are speaking to a legitimate adviser or provider.

The UCL consumer and business psychologist Dr Dimitiros Tsivrikos spoke to London Live.
